Nadia is at complete peace now. She crossed to the bridge this afternoon. I'm sure Jenny was waiting for her. The two came here in 2008 and were rarely separate. When Nadia went through her crazy hormone thing ( I did not know they weren't spayed when I got them) She literally held Jenny hostage until a few weeks after their spay. If Jenny tried to walk away she would grab her and scream until Jenny came back.

Her silly gymnastic antics that earned her the name Nadia will definitely be missed. She wasalways stomping and doing handstands, and contorting her body in crazy positions. She was also, in her younger years,    our resident "lady of the night" She would lie in wait for the boys and grab them as they passed.

Although she never really enjoyed being held, I could always trim her nails and hold her for short amounts of time. There were even times I got some lip smacking from her. I think her last 8 years were happy ones for her.

I am sorry for your loss of your precious baby, they touch our hearts like no other!!!!!  Sounds like she was very much loved, reminds me of my Nala who was not spayed at 2 yrs. and does not liked to be snuggled but will not bite.  She is 8 now and finally face rubbing my foot!!!!!  I am thrilled!!!!!
